At Upper Peninsula Health Care Solutions (UPHCS), our strength lies in a diverse, multidisciplinary team dedicated to
improving health outcomes across the region. Our team is composed of professionals with expertise in community
outreach, patient support, clinical care coordination, program evaluation, and behavioral health leadership, including:

• Community health advocates and outreach specialists
• Licensed social service professionals
• Data analysts and program evaluators
• Behavioral health care managers and clinical coordinators
• Patient navigation and care-transition specialists
• Subject matter experts in public and mental health
• Regional leadership from the Behavioral Health Hub, under the guidance of Psychiatrist, Dr. Kelley Mahar
